This syllabus for the Private Pilot Licence conforms to the requirments of the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) for the training of Pilots for the grant of a JAR-FCL Private Pilot Licence (Helicopter).

This syllabus is acceptable to the authority. The purpose of this syllabus is to give guidance to students and to instructors who are invlolved in the task of training pilots. Each course is designed so that the students or the pilots under training are given the experience, the competence in flying, and the knowledge of aviation technical matters demanded by the ground and flight tests described in Joint Aviation Requirements for the inital issue of a Private Pilot Licence and associated qualifications.
