All charts supplied are folded. Laminated charts are not the same type of lamination as say the CAA charts. It is a lot thinner.

The Jeppesen VFR+GPS chart was designed as a replacement to the ICAO chart so you can fly with only the Jeppesen chart for a given coverage area.

Yes, the VFR+GPS chart is legal to use for VFR flight planning and navigation, as long as you are using the current edition. Edition dates can be found on the front cover of the chart in the colored bar above the coverage map.
